What we did. 353 of these were examined and not admitted to the register — that is a finding, not an omission. 1,433 have not been examined at all. Of the 1,070 unexamined earners we see payments for, 709 are in the queue — discovery admits 40 a night. 361 are not. Discovery draws candidates from a rolling seven-day census, and an address that earned earlier and has since gone quiet cannot appear in it, so it is never offered at all — not last in line, not in the line. Between them they received $1,503.41. We would rather publish that sentence than let a queue explain an absence it does not cause. What we can total: a separate question — 6 addresses are too large for our settlement store to sum inside its query timeout, and are shown as such rather than as zero.

“No payment we can see” is not “never paid”. We read EIP-3009 settlements on Base. An operator paid through Permit2, the upto scheme, another chain, or batch-settlement — which leaves no on-chain record at all, by design — looks exactly like one that never earned a cent. This page reports the limit of our own sight. Received is not kept: across our register 95.4% of money received passes straight through.
